Processing Time

All prescriptions are reviewed and approved by UK-registered medical professionals before dispatch.
Processing typically takes 24–48 hours after medical approval and payment confirmation.

We use tracked, insured courier services depending on your location:

Temperature Control

GLP-1 medications such as Retatrutide, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are shipped using temperature-protected packaging where required, in compliance with MHRA and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines.



International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally to approved destinations, including Germany, France, Denmark, Australia, and the USA.

However, import regulations differ by country. Patients are responsible for ensuring their order complies with local customs and prescription medicine laws.

If your order is delayed or held by customs, our support team will assist you with documentation or re-shipping options where legally permissible.



Discreet & Secure Packaging

To protect your privacy:

  • Packages do not include brand names or medical references.
  • Sender information is listed under our licensed UK pharmacy name only.
  • All shipments are sealed and tamper-evident.

    Refunds & Returns Policy

    Due to UK health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy — even if unopened.

    This policy ensures compliance with MHRA and GPhC rules for medicine integrity and patient safety.

    Refunds or replacements may be approved only under the following conditions:

  • The medication was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
  • The prescription was cancelled before dispatch and before pharmacy dispensing.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photo or courier report).

    Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled only before prescription approval and dispatch.

    Once your medication is dispensed, it cannot legally be re-issued or re-sold.

  • Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
